I got my Amateur Radio (ham) License in 1964 when I was a Junior in High School. I upgraded to General in 1965 by passing a 13 wpm Morse Code exam in front of of an FCC Examiner. I traveled fro Gainesville to Miami in 1977 to get my Extra class License. I still hold my original callsign from 1965

I am not very active these days, I have a Baefong dual band handie-talkie that I use when I go to hamfests, I have attended the Dayton Hamfest almost continuously since the 1980s, and have a perfect attendance record at the Orlando Hamcation since 2000

For a number of years, I bought tube rigs off eBay and at hamfests, and rebuilt them for pleasure. Here is a collection of rigs I had until I sold them as a lot in 2018.
I currently own a Yeasu FT950 and a 4 band HF vertical that I turn on occasionally to keep my CW skills from rusting
